Authorised access only
Use the Terminal only for company-authorised activities and only through an account approved for you. An invitation, identity-provider sign-in or visible feature does not authorise access beyond your assigned rights. Google sign-in is reserved for the separately approved administrator and is not public registration.
Protect accounts and confidential information
Keep passwords, verification codes, recovery codes and session access confidential. Do not share accounts, impersonate another user, bypass controls, attempt unauthorised access, or export company information without permission. Report suspected compromise or an incorrect access grant promptly to the administrator.
Use company records responsibly
Submit accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Handle staff, client and operational information according to company confidentiality and recordkeeping instructions. Do not upload malicious files or content that you are not authorised to use. Approvals and changes must be made only within your delegated authority.
Administration and accountability
Access is subject to account status, roles, individual permissions and module availability. Authorised administrators may amend or withdraw access. Sign-in, approval and administration activity may be recorded for security and company accountability as described in the Privacy notice.
Service availability and external information
The Terminal may be interrupted for maintenance or affected by hosting, network, database or identity-provider outages. A recovery identity is an alternative sign-in route, not a guarantee that the service remains available. Follow approved company procedures for urgent work during an outage.
External energy-news content is provided for information. Check the original source and obtain the appropriate company review before relying on it for operational or commercial decisions.
Company policies and changes
These terms supplement company policies and approved instructions; they do not replace employment agreements or mandatory legal rights. Changes to these terms should be reviewed by the company and communicated through appropriate channels.
