Information and purpose
We process basic account information, information submitted for company business, and service activity records to provide access, support authorised work and protect the service. Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in and application functionality.
Google sign-in
Where Google sign-in is enabled, we receive basic identity information, including your name, email address, account identifier and verification status, and may receive a profile-image address. We use this information to verify identity and provide authorised access. Account identifiers and relevant sign-in records are stored for account management and security.
We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars or contacts. Google sign-in data is not sold or used by the Terminal for advertising or AI model training.
Access and sharing
Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers supporting the service. Google and Microsoft handle sign-in through their own services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Company work records are not shared with Google through this sign-in integration.
Retention and your choices
Records are held for company recordkeeping, security and applicable legal obligations. Signing out or withdrawing sign-in permission does not automatically delete company records.
You may manage Google sign-in permissions through your Google account. For account closure or a request to access, correct or delete personal information, contact the Terminal administrator. Requests are reviewed subject to identity verification and applicable obligations.
